- Open the ticket in the app so the QR is live — it rotates every minute for
security.
- Let the organiser scan the QR.
- Provide your PIN if asked.
Why screenshots do not work
Because the QR rotates, an old screenshot will not scan. This stops tickets being copied or shared without permission. Keep your phone charged and open the app when you arrive.
