Getting paid
When a buyer confirms delivery (or the automatic window passes), escrow releases and we pay you out:
- Mobile money — usually within minutes, always within 48 hours.
- Bank transfer — typically 24–36 hours.
Refunds and clawbacks
If a valid refund is needed after you have been paid, the amount is recovered from your next payouts. Keeping accurate listings and fulfilling promptly avoids most disputes.
