Picking up an order with QR and PIN

Safe, verified pickup

Pickup is available nationwide. When your order is ready, you receive a QR code and a PIN in the app and by message.

1. Go to the pickup point when your order is marked ready.
2. Show your QR code to the vendor or agent.
3. Confirm with your PIN.
4. Handover is verified and your order is complete.

Because pickup is verified, both you and the vendor are protected — escrow releases only once collection is confirmed.
