Where to see your order
Open your account to see every order and its current status — from _Held by Vergeo5_ to _Delivered_. You will also receive updates on WhatsApp and SMS as the status changes.
Common statuses
- Held by Vergeo5 — payment secured in escrow, vendor preparing your order.
- Shipped / Ready for pickup — on the way or ready to collect.
- Delivered — received; confirm to release the vendor's payout.
