Release happens on delivery confirmation
The moment you confirm your order arrived, Vergeo5 releases the held funds and pays the vendor. Confirming early is a kindness to small businesses — it speeds up their payout.
Automatic fallbacks
If you forget to confirm, escrow still releases safely:
- 48 hours after an order is marked delivered, it auto-confirms.
- 7 days after shipping, as a final fallback if delivery was never recorded.
Vendor payout timing
Once released, vendors are paid out within 48 hours — usually in minutes on mobile money. Bank transfers can take 24–36 hours.
If you have a problem, report it before the confirmation window closes so funds stay in escrow while we help.
