Two simple cases
- Before funds are released: your refund comes directly from escrow — fast and safe.
- After funds are released: we still honour valid refunds and **recover them from the
vendor's next payouts**.
How you receive it
Refunds are returned to your mobile money, or to store credit when the wallet is available. You will get a WhatsApp and SMS confirmation once a refund is processed.
