How to report

  1. Report the problem within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Add photo evidence of the issue.
  3. We review and, where valid, issue a full refund including delivery from escrow.

Return shipping for faulty or wrong items is charged to the vendor, not to you. If a vendor disputes the claim, Vergeo5 admin arbitrates fairly.

Because your money is held in escrow, a valid claim is refunded without chasing the vendor.
