Returns — change of mind

When change-of-mind returns apply

Change-of-mind returns are optional per listing. Where a vendor allows them, the listing shows a return window (usually 48 hours to 7 days) and the item must be unused and in its original condition.

What you get back

Your refund is the item price minus:

  • outbound delivery,
  • return transport, and
  • a restocking fee (typically 10%).

Refunds go to mobile money, or to store credit when the wallet is available. For faults or wrong items instead, see Returns — faulty, wrong or not as described, which is always a full refund.
